Better and much cheaper than the Bosch equivalent that this replaces. Packaging was superb and this battery has a charge indicator on it, so if you use your car infrequently, as I do, you can see the state of charge with a glance. Highly recommended.

Not a premium brand battery but it has a good specification, was good value, and is guaranteed for four years. Arrived the day after ordering, delivery time notified by email. It was well packed for transport with upright arrows on the side of the box. Clear instructions inside for removal of transport plugs. Fitted to Volvo easily with no resets needed except the clock. This was the third battery from Tayna for different cars with similar good service and good results. I recommended Tayna to the local guy who was doing our garage roof and was having trouble and he bought one too.

Battery good, delivery service terrible. was desperate for next day delivery but it wasn't to be, Stranded without a car before Christmas, I ended up having to hire a car to go to the couriers depot, because they could not guarantee delivery even 2 days later. Tanya weren't particularly helpful, ended up costing more than if I'd bought elsewhere.

Superb service. The battery listed was not correct for my BMW 3-series but the telephone advisor knew his stuff and immediately advised the correct one for the car. He refunded my original purchase swiftly and the new battery arrived in rural France after just two days! Very happy.
