Ordered a replacement 096 for my SAAB 9,3 last October It arrived very promptly, securely packaged and no damage in transit. Unpacked it and let it stand overnight on my garage floor. Next morning discovered it sitting in a small pool of acid which had leaked from one corner, which had been stove in. Photographed the damage and e-mailed same to Tayna who within three days sent a new replacement - no argument, no question, no fuss and very customer friendly in every way. It's difficult to get better service and I commend Tayna to anyone seeking a replacement battery for their car. The battery has been in the car for several weeks now and performs exactly as one would expect.
