The battery arrived as stated (24 hours) by courier, found to be a sealed unit and partially charged, so with two hours on a battery charger it was ready to go. Fitted quickly and has so improved the starting of my car. well impressed with the customer service and the product. The new battery was slightly larger (height and width) of the original battery - so slight "adjustments" made to the battery clamp.

Can't say how good the battery will be in 2.5 years time but right now it does what is expected of it and starts the car without any issues. The one measurement that caught me out was the overall width at the base as there are two shoulders for an alternative type of mounting, the Jazz has a plastic tub the battery sits in and with these shoulders it makes for a tight fit indeed, with the usual 054 battery there are no shoulders at the base.

Ordered Sunday afternoon delivered and installed before Tuesday lunchtime with standard delivery. Same brand as original factory fitted although slightly different model which not listed by Tayna. No obvious problems.

Ordered the product via phone with different billing and delivery addresses so I received another email with a link to make the payment. After making the payment the delivery address was updated to same as billing address! This meant after realising this issue while tracking the parcel on the day of delivery I had to leave work early to be home to receive it. On the upside, the product did arrive the very next day of ordering and the car is starting perfectly since I fitted the new battery 2 weeks ago.
