A good looking "maintenance free" battery with lift out carrying handle was exactly as described and arrived the next day, more equickly that forecast. Very well packaeged and professional DHL delivery facilities with tracking. Extraordinarily helpful and friendly telephone support when I had a query before buying. Online shopping doesn't get better than this. Oh, and even with carriage, slightly less than an equivillant "non-branded" battery form a national retailer!

Ordered battery at 4pm, arrived at 2pm following day! I'd say that is pretty good service by any ones standard. Battery as described and, once installed, car fired up first time.

Easy to select and order on the website. Good price. Great delivery. But the case wouldn't fit the battery box because it had an extra lip. Tayna said it was OK to cut it off or they would swap it. I cut the lip off.

I have to admit that I had never heard of Tayna until introduced to the name by a friend who highly recommended the brand. I found the website so simple to use which easily identified the battery I required for my Honda Jazz. The price was amazing compared with other retailers, and delivery competitive, this included a Saturday delivery at the right price. The courier could be bettered if they had adopted a timed slot. However all in all I am delighted with the product, service and price and would recommend Tayna to all.

Excellent next day delivery. Battery little bit awkward to fit as the bottom edge was slightly bigger than the original so it wouldn't easily go into the plastic container on the car, but I just heated the plastic and it dropped in. Battery seems very good but only time will tell. At least it has a four year guarantee. I'm very pleased with it.
