The battery arrived promptly and appears to be excellent. However, a couple of points: I selected a battery that was advertised as having a 4 year guarantee but I have received nothing in writing - it would be nice to have a written guarantee. Tanya’spacking and labelling was, well nigh, perfect - including being clearly marked, all the way round, with red arrows and ‘This way up’ notices but the carrier, DPD, just dumped it unceremoniously over the garden gate ON IT’S SIDE! It had been like that for some hours before I found it - it might be an idea to explain to DPD that these packages contain lead/acid (sulphuric) batteries and that the ‘this way up markings are there for a reason! Fortunately, there was no leakage.
