I experienced a problem after the battery was delivered - hey, I understand it happens - but the way Tanya handled it was amazing. The delivery took less than 24 hrs as advertised - the collection was arranged to fit my timescale. The refund was also done within 24 hrs after they received the battery back - no argument, no drama and no delay. Cannot recommend this company enough.

January 2021. Great service from Tayna for such a swift delivery at a great price. Its too early to tell how good the battery is as its only been fitted for 1 week, although all is good so far and Im sure it will be in the future.

Excellent service all round from Tayna. I have never ordered a car battery online before didn’t even consider it. Great choice available at great prices. Opted for the Exide Premium version of the battery I already had. This lasted for more than 5 years so opted for same brand. Ordered Friday PM and delivery was made Saturday early afternoon. Everything packaged well and clear instructions provided to remove shipping plug before fitting. Battery working perfectly and had plenty of power to crank the engine and start with ease during the freezing mornings. Excellent service all round highly recommended. ????????
