Tayna were excellent as usual. When I had a delivery problem with DPD they recalled the battery and sent it out with a different courier. All very efficient. The battery itself was the replacement I needed for my Mercedes w212. Fitting was easy once I located where it was hidden in the boot (estate). Will buy all my batteries from Tayna, price is competitive and service is second to non.

Very satisfied with the service and the battery came on time and was very well packed. The only issue I had was the drain pipe on the back of the battery did not fit and it would also be better in the negative side of the battery and not in the middle at the back. apart from that it seem a good battery.

Battery arrived on time however the hole at the back which connects a red plastic tube to the car is too small so I can’t attach that piece to the battery. Also the holes (+) & (-) that connects terminals are too big for my Mercedes terminals hence after the connection was made the terminals were popping out loose. I had to use masking tape to make sure they fit. Overall not a correct size. I was told the battery will fit my car (S class W221) It didn’t. I am not happy.

The battery arrived on time, the only small issue is that the breather hole is at the back instead of the side which I doubt makes any difference apart from not being able to attach a tube.
