Very simple to fit to my Seat Leon 1.2, arrived charged and ready to go. The restart attachment needed plugging in again once I'd done a run in the car, perhaps it wasn't in firmly enough.

The battery itself was good but the support from the technical helpline when trying to determine the appropriate battery was terrible; the support person kept using random terms like circumference rather than height, width, length, was unable to explain relevant facts like AGM and in effect just kept repeating that the battery selection was at the risk of the customer... what an idiot. Have used Tanya several times now and will continue to do so but the technical helpline needs some education.

Battery was fine no problems i would of given 5 Stars but delivery service was terrible I paid an extra £2 for a Saturday delivery it never turned up until around 8pm the following Monday.

I always use Tayna as they normally provide excellent service. This battery, however, was wrong and I had to make it fit. I did let Tayna know the catalogue should be updated, got standard cut and paste reply. I hope this was just a one-off problem, I will use them again as they are usually on the ball
