Was surprised by the speed of the order, placed it on a afternoon and received around lunchtime the next day. It was well packaged, not excessively either. Fitted battery with no problems, it all matched upto when selecting on the website. Was recommended Tayna by a family friend and can see why (previously not heard of them) , quick and efficient service, would certainly use again.

Fair priced good quality battery which has a centre handle which makes it easier to install into the ridiculously tight space in the passenger well of the poorly designed Smart ForTwo vehicle to which this was installed. I would suggest that you consider a professional fit into this vehicle as it is not for the faint hearted. The location is virtually the size of the battery itself and there are all number of electrical cables to consider. the fitter needs to be fairly strong to manhandle the battery into situe. Delivery was two days which was OK and the packaging was very good. I recommend Tanya.
