Sometimes it is when things don't go to plan, the quality of the company shines through! The first battery ordered for my son's car did not fit, my wife had disposed of all the packaging! This was no problem new packaging sent through the post, replacement battery arrived and other battery collected at the same time. All my emails to the company were answered within the hour. The only reason five stars not given is that I was charged £8 for the collection and the incorrect battery is still recommended (which does not fit) But decent company. £100 less than Halfords! This battery fitted!
