In under a year battery condition under 50%. Customer support just kept asking me to put it on charge, despite voltage still being low after a 12 hour charge. Warranty is worthless and support team not helpful.

After having battery diagnosis, the results showed the battery failed within warranty, after sending the Bosch report to tayna, they accepted that the battery was under warranty+++

Purchased the EK700 in April 2023 and installed it shortly after in my '19 Golf R, I registered and coded it with my VCDS (as always) and can report that as of July 2025 it has performed flawlessly, the car has covered just under 9000 miles by me from new (not used daily) and has been through the OE battery and a Varta E39 AGM (Purchased from Tayna in July 2020). I can see that the EK720 is the latest iteration of this specification from Exide with a slightly higher capacity of 72Ah compared to the 70Ah capacity of the EK700. I'm a massive Varta fan and have used nothing else for years but I'm going to say that I would purchase the Exide EK720 in a heartbeat the next time I need an 096 AGM. Great service from Tayna as always.

Ordered my battery, delivered very quickly unfortunately my car was scrapped before the battery was used. I spoke to lovley chap and he explained the return service and further emailed me with more details. Battery was returned and refund processed very quickly. This is the second time I've used Tayna for batteries and super service cant fault them.

Was quoted £428 for supply and fit by an autocentre! Instead I purchased direct from Tayna at £106 for supply and delivery next day. I watched a Youtube video and fitted the battery myself. I didn't realise the old battery was on its way out but this new battery has the car ruuning infinitely better. Tayna has supplied me with a great battery along with a geat price and service.

Faultless...thought I was likely to have to pay much more for a quality start/stop battery for my 2013 Bluemotion Passat..but I'm very happy at the moment with this Exide battery (please bear in mind that this the car's first battery change in nearly 14 years!!..the original one was a Varta!!
