Absolutely awful experience with this company, 7 days after placing an order and still no battery. Phoned 3or4 times to find out whats going on, only to be kept being told it will be there the next day, the next day, the next day... but of course it wasn't!!! Eventually I had enough of the excuses and wanted a refund. Finally got the refund, but a further 3 days later... and that wasn't even the correct amount. £8 short from what I paid for it Customer service was rude and unhelpful too. 0 STARS if I could

Battery is great, service not so much. Had to call them to chase up delivery status to be told it was delayed. Would have been nice to have been told this. Took 5 days to arrive.
