I’m sure the battery is fine however the delivery was terrible. Although going to one of the Tanya nominated drop off locations is was not delivered as expected due to them being closed - only found this out after having to chase up for information. When I collected the service was very poor with long wait whilst one of staff sat checking out his phone for over five minutes - other two staff were to be fair very busy dealing with calls.

Original battery was getting a bit weak , start stop system, stopped . I ordered new battery on Easter Sunday and delivery was on Tuesday amazing must have been delivered by the Millennium Falcon , good price , great service and highly recommended

Tayna's instructions were very helpful. Arrived well packaged. The previous version of this product lasted 7.5 years so hopefully, this one fitted today with the help of a battery booster to maintain car computer power, once the old one was removed, will last just as long. Easy to fit, settled for 15 mins in situ and worked a treat. Happy days.

Good price and fast delivery from Tayna. This was a direct OEM replacement for the Nissan/Exide battery fitted to my 2014 Nissan Note 1.2DIG-S. First time I have used Tayna and overall a very good experience, with good prices and fast delivery. The only one small thing that I think could be improved is to inform customers, that if they order multiple items [I ordered this battery and a new set of wipers for my vehicle] that they would not get delivered together in one single package, it was only after I created an account and logged into that account to look at the delivery note after the battery was delivered without the wipers, that I saw it was two different packages [and two different delivery companies]
