Needed a replacement for my 2018 Qashqai 1.5dci as the battery did not seem to be holding a good charge. This was the best priced good EFB I could find and it arrived quickly well packaged especially given that I am on the far West Coast of Scotland and courier items can take 2 or 3 extra days. Installed easily - perfect fit and so far all is good.

The battery is of very good quality and my Stop/Start actually works again (Which hasn't happened for years!) The price was very reasonable and easy to exchange on the car. The last time I purchased a battery from yourselves it came the next day. The only disappointment was the very slow delivery this time, I ordered the Wednesday evening so I understand this would not be processed until the Thursday so I was expecting my battery the Friday or Saturday at the latest, however I did not receive the battery until the Monday! luckily I have the use of another vehicle so managed to get by.

Would have been 5 stars if it hadn’t taken 5 days to arrive. The battery is very good and packaged very well arriving in a really well protected box. The communication wasn’t great culminating in a phone call where the guy said he was very busy and interrupted me to say so.

Battery fits the spacing perfectly in my Volvo V40. Doing the actual replacement is a nightmare, and you have to input a cheat code to get the car to recognise it, but after doing this I have no low voltage battery warning when the ignition is off, and the car starts more surely than before.
