Perfect service again. Used tanya for several bateries now. Just note, If you put one in an audi s3 you will get all your warning lights on the dash.you can clear these yoyrself. Turn the engine on, turn the steering wheel full left and then full right twice. Drive the car for 1/4 mile and all the warning lights will clear.

I thought having it dropped to a shop would have made things go more smoothly, but my local NAPA store was as helpful as a pop in the eye with a sharp stick. Once I got the battery everything was fine. After all it’s a battery what more can you say

Battery was fine. Packaged well. I selected the click and collect option then realised this is just the courier dropping it off at a motor factors. Tried to change delivery address within five minutes of ordering but told no by customer services. Not at all helpful

The battery arrived well packaged and protected. Simple enough procedure to fit in my vehicle and battery works well. Maybe even better than the original when you take into account the stop/start effeciency. Only issue was delivery as it arrived later than expected given the 'next day' delivery didn't happen. It wasn't too much of an issue as I have a jump starter but it could be if someone needed it urgently. However, customer service was quick to respond to queries. The option would have been going to buy it local and probably double the cost. Overall, goid service, excellent value and battery.
