Having previously used Tanya 7 years ago to replace the underpowered manufacturer battery with a Bosch S4 019 car battery on my 2015 Toyato Auris Hybrid which has been exemplary over that period. Good product and price. There were a couple of problems neither of which were Tayna's fault. The first delivery was broken by the courier; Tayna promptly sent a replacement without a fuss. Then it transpired I had ordered the wrong battery type; again the correct type was promptly sent and the wrong one collected, which all went smoothly; a small charge was made for collection, which I thought was reasonable.
