Had battery two sine 5th Feb and its failed. The abrasive customer service lady (who had 20 years experience and, according to her, knew better than the AA about batteries) told me I had to take the battery off of the car (which would required radio and alarm reset - but to avoid this connect another battery to the car - as if I would have one lying around) and to recharge the battery. The put it back into the car and take it to a garage to get the battery checked. If the battery was faulty, I would then have to pay to send it back. What a flaming hassle - cheaper to buy one from Halfords and not have the hassle. I would avoid at all costs and would rate negative stars if they were shown. Guratentee worthless, hostile customer service person and overall a big hassle - dont waste your time!

Best value on ebay - specifically required a type 015 digger as this is the only size battery that will fit it.
