Initial battery was only showing 10.2 volts, exchanged quickly with no quibbles. Second battery fine despite being carried UPSIDE DOWN by incompetent delivery man (in spite of your stickers clearly exhorting "this way up"!) Perhaps if your packaging had cut out handles, delivery handling may be improved. Overall, impressed with the way initial problem was handled.

Hi guys, battery looked good and delivery was ace, but id struggle to review the battery as I dropped and cracked the bloody battery on ice :/ totally my fault, but battery didn’t survive and neither would any other from that height, will happily be ordering another soon.
