I ordered wrong size battery! not fully reading the advert just going on the compatibility chart. We was away so did not get your e-mail that came shortly after my order was placed asking us to double check the measurements, as per your mail if no response to mail it would be classed as correct and sent. When we returned I read the mail measured and found it was wrong size!! when contacted your team was very helpful it was quick and easy to return, plus Had also ordered the one you recommended. The service is second to none it was next working day delivery and my refund was sent the day after they received the returned battery. Sorry to waffle on but the service was so good I cannot recommend your team enough. Regards Barry

Initial battery was only showing 10.2 volts, exchanged quickly with no quibbles. Second battery fine despite being carried UPSIDE DOWN by incompetent delivery man (in spite of your stickers clearly exhorting "this way up"!) Perhaps if your packaging had cut out handles, delivery handling may be improved. Overall, impressed with the way initial problem was handled.
