Bought brand new and was faulty. Bought through eBay from Tayna, when I tried to send back seller did not reply. Opened a case through eBay and Paypal and seller (Tayna) did not answer them either. It is a major hassle sending a car battery back as standard couriers will not carry them. It makes it very costly to return. Tayna know that you cannot send batteries through a standard courier and it says nothing about this on their 'sales page'. The fact that they never answered my correspondence leads me to believe they care nothing for customers. So, if you buy cheaply you take a risk that if something goes wrong you may have to waste precious time sorting it out and potentially at greater cost than buying it locally at a shop.

well happy with this battery, but I shall reserve full judgement till winters been and gone, I just wanted a cheap battery to tide me over as I may sell my van and I was pleasantly surprised by the cranking power of this battery on my old glow plug diesel. At first I was a bit alarmed by the weight of this thing compared to the monster weight of the previous battery but all seems ok....well at least for now! I must add that the guarantee gave me the confidence to buy this cheap battery but hopefully I wont need to claim on it
