Excellent customer service, your staff were very succinct at getting me the correct specification. Unfortunately you use YODEL as the courier and they ruined the experience by not delivering the next day. I paid the extra amount for next day delivery , I spoke to your customer service and they said they would refund, but it never happened. Great Technical support - Ruined by Yodel!
