good customer service. fast next day delivery service. Battery fitted in my car as advised by salesperson. Thank you for your 5* service. But the courier driver didn't handle the box upright as instructed on the box. He walked to my door with box on his shoulder tilted, and when I opened the box, it was wet inside.

Very efficient service. Web site easy to use, prices competitive and quick delivery. Only loses a star as product packaging is messy to deal with and not environmentally friendly. Some sort of recycled cardboard packaging would be better rather than expanded polystyrene foam. Saying that, perhaps Tayna uses the same packaging as they receive from the supplier, therefore passing it on to the end user.

Excellent quality battery, probably better than the original. Fitted to a camper van, starts first time, even when left for long periods. Tayna service was brilliant, easy ordering and next day delivery.

Reliable, long lasting, excellent quality and low price. I have now bought 3 of these over the past few years for various applications, diesel road vehicles and diesel boat engines. This fits perfectly into the under seat Land Rover Series 2a battery box giving greater capacity and starting power than standard. Amazing price and top quality. I cannot see the point of paying for a more expensive model.
