The battery was selected from your entry on e-bay and appeared an excellent buy. The delivery was as indicated, next working day. The battery was well packed and there were also some helpful instructions. The only slight problem encountered was the fit in the vehicle battery tray, i.e. the length was about 5mm too long. As the battery clamp was on top, I removed part of the lower clamping ridges with a rasp to achieve a fit.

Dear Tayna, you really do \'what it says on the tin\' I ordered my battery from you on-line at about 3.30 in the afternoon. It arrived by courier the following day at noon !! By 1.00 o\'clockt was settled into my Rover 75 and I was back on the road again At the age of 80 I had resigned my attitude to life to the fact that \"people don\'t care\" and that service was something that has been working out of my life for the last thirty years or so. Obviously not so, why can\'t all trades and companies provide the scale of professional service which you have restored. Thankyou for returning faith to business, Sincerely, Keith Young. Weymouth.

service unbeatable,price better than i paid for same amp and size battery 8 years ago,still have that receipt,started my volvo for the first time in two weeks,the battery was as fresh and power full as the day i fitted it.i have had this car for 10 years and know how important and reliable a battery needs to be.great value.

extremely pleased with Tanya - price was excellent value, shipping was immediate. Only thing i'd suggest is to either provide a vent pipe/fitting with the Battery or explain to not expect one with it. Luckily my old fitting was exactly the same and i was able to re-use

As discussed with one of your representatives, having to charge a "fresh" battery for 8 hours and losing a further day before fitting is not a way to start making a case for a few pounds saving frorn purchasing locally.
