Very quick service and good price. Item arrived as expected. Packaging adequate... Packing material somewhat compressed, so assume if the package had endured some sort of impact this could have been a problem, but no damage to my battery, and generally very pleased to recommend this supplier.

I have to say I am extremely impressed, superb price battery with a 4 year garuantee, superb communication, delivered in less than 24 hours and performs as well as the original unit. You simply won't do better than to use Tayna batteries. 5 stars
