Don't understand what went wrong with this product. It simply failed totally to perform at all - disappointing! Delivery service: first class. However, when challenged to supply a satisfactory replacement, I was a little surprised that Tayna showed a touch of 'defeatism'. Perhaps they had not analysed my requirements sufficiently ? All OK finally

Unfortunately this battery was supplied fully discharged, showing only 11.2V when tested prior to installation. The Tayna returns procedure worked well, and I received a full refund.

received next day. no problems. the battery started my diesel mower easily it never did start even when it was new because loads of belts and gearboxes creating drag problem solved! thanks
