The battery was delivered in error to the house next door, which was empty. Tayna used a carrier that did not have any telephone contact which made tracking difficult. Eventually, I found the parcel on my own. I couldn't fit the product because it was of a 'non-hold down' type, not made specific either in the product description, or by the salesperson, prior to purchase. As they are an online retailer I felt this was an error on their part - a failing that could so easily have been avoided with proper descriptions. Tayna arranged for a return and supplied the correct version, but only accepted 50 % of the return cost. The final price I paid was therefore about what I would have paid at the garage/high street, but with a lot more hassle.

excellent little battery - as the battery is so small it has to be good otherwise the alarm and other electrics in a modern car which stay active when the car is parked, will discharge e.g. if you are on a fortnight's winter holiday. this is the battery for your little car.

The Varta battery arrived 3 working days after placing the order (Highlands and an unwelcome delivery surcharge) No problems battery easy to self fit and so far as expected with a brand new battery the car starts easily first time. Time will tell how good the Varta battery is compared to the Yuasa factory fit battery which was replaced after 5.5 years.
