Price, packaging and product were very good. However the delivery service left a lot to be desired. I was not expecting next day delivery due to my location. However, having been advised by text of 2 delivery dates and no vehicle arriving I had to contact the sales department to rectify the problem. The reason that the courier could not find my address was frankly unbelievable and the fact that at no point the driver(s) made any attempt to contact me for help and further directions has undoubtedly soured the experience of dealing with this company. I receive courier deliveries to my house on a reasonably regular basis but this is the first (and hopefully last time) that I have experienced these dort of difficulties. I'm just glad that i didn't require this battery urgently!

Excellent product bought as replacement for previous exact same model that I bought when the original battery failed after about 5 years. Last one lasted a similar time, hence the new one.

Battery a good price and works great in the cold weather. No flange for clamping to on this one but simple modifications secured it.

A very good battery, with a good warranty, at a good price, delivered quickly. Fitted my Toyota MRS perfectly. Very satisfied and would use Tayna again in the future when car and motorcycle batteries need replacing. Telephone advice about battery selection and answering a small query on the transit plugs was helpful and courteous.

Needed to replace my wife's car battery and noted that Kwik Fit would charge £67 to fit an equivalent battery. On searching the internet I came across Tayna and found I could purchase a reputable Varta battery for less than £40 including delivery ! I ordered the battery by telephone at 3:45 in the afternoon and it was delivered, well packaged, on the following afternoon at 3:02pm. That's what I call service. A named battery at the best possible price I could find. I would certainly recommend Tayna Batteries for both price and service !!
