I telephoned on a Sunday at around 5.00pm as I couldn't find this battery listed on their website. The chap who answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. He informed me of the part number so I could place the order online. To my surprise the battery arrived the next day! Its now fitted and working perfectly and has cured the "auxiliary battery malfunction " warning on the dashboard display. 10/10 for customer service, packaging, speed of delivery and price.
