Couldn't give 5 stars as I ordered a bosch but they didn't have it in stock. But the communication and alternative offered (varta) and the subsequent reimbursement as it was a cheaper alternative was nothing short of first class. Quick easy came fully charged and been on point since using it. Shame about the poor courier service they use, turned up 7 hours late after giving me a 1 hour time slot! All in all for Tayna themselves, very good.

I am very satisfy with my new battery Varta. Very well packed and protected. Easy to install. The only disappointment was the delivery because there was not a delivery by UK Mail. After 4 days I had to go and collect the parcel from the post depot in Slough
