Battery came fully charged, delivered just when I needed it! Simple to change over and car started immediately. Used on an Toyota MR2, UK model with std posts and a like-for-like replacement for the old Varta battery. (Although it would be nice to have an exact time of delivery as it needed signing for, and this was an essential purchase). Price was excellent (even with the delivery charge). I would definitely buy Varta again and from Tayna.

Arrived quickly and was well packaged. Charge was low on arrival but that was quickly remedied with a session on the charger before installation. Car now cranks over much better than it did with the tired old battery this one replaced. Overall very pleased, would order again. One cautionary note: like other users, I found that my (standard UK model) facelift MR2 Roadster had standard size terminals, not the smaller Japanese size the search engine initially suggested. As the website says, don't forget to check yours to know for sure!

Perfect high quality replacement for OE on Mazda MX5 NC 1.8 (and 2.0). Fits exactly - very easy job. Original Mazda battery is £90 whereas this one (equal or better quality) £43! Make sure that your radio is not coded before you disconnect old battery (generally no one will have bothered). To make sure I coded my radio and then removed code to ensure it was code free before disconnecting power (details in handbook).

I measured the previous battery carefully and ordered the closest sized battery. I was delighted to find that the replacement was exactly the same size (in spite of the web-site saying it was a bit larger). Very pleased to get a quality battery for 1/3 less than the cost of the dealer supplied unbranded previous battery which had lasted only two years. Well done!!

Fitted to a 2010 MX5, the original was a lower capacity 36AH and this car takes a lot out of it. The replacement is 45AH. The battery arrived quickly and fully charged and works fine. Excellent price, even with the delivery charge I saved a lot of money compared to the high street outlets. Recommended. John s

Tayna had a very informative website on their wide range of products with very useful data on each battery type, fitting etc. Tayna were the best value found, and excellent service from placing the order to delivery next day and left exactly as instructed to delivery driver.
