Ordered and paid for in stock on the basis of next day delivery. When it didn't arrive I phoned 2 days later to cancel and was told I couldn't cancel and would have to wait until it was delivered and then return it to get the refund. The day after I phoned again and was told there was no delivery date set but would cancel and refund immediately. Pathetic

Obviously I just bought the product so I can't comment on quality and long term performance of the battery, tho' it's Varta and so it should be good. The customer service however was excellent. I input my registration number and the software recommended the wrong terminals so it did not fit my car. Customer sevice sorted it immediately an I was up and running within a day. Thank you.

Absolutely what you can expect. Wery well packed, sizes as stated on the website (ver very helpful!!) definitely would use this company again in that case if I need a car battery in the future! This battery is exactly fits in Toyota Prius MK2 (2004-2009)
