Excellent service from Tanya with quick & efficient delivery. I expected a next day service which didn’t materialise and took 2 days but fully understand the difficulties & demands posed by the present COVID-19 situation. The Varta battery purchased was the correct size/type recommended via the website and was easily fitted. Appears to be a great quality product which was almost an identical replacement for the manufacturer’s original. Time will tell! NB A type 012 battery is the correct size for later mk 2 Skoda Fabia’s not a type 027 as advised by some websites.

Quick service, good information provided to select the correct battery. It would have been 5 stars if the battery hadn't arrived with one of the terminal covers missing - not a big deal, but if the manufacturer goes to the trouble of fitting them, I can only assume they should be there. I guess it was lost when the battery was being prepared for dispatch but it should have been there. Otherwise, I would recommend Tayna Batteries.
