The service from Tayna was excellent. Had a very good adviser and received the battery quickly. For my records and should it be necessary I would appreciate it if Tayna can advise me on the guarantee and how and what terms if ever it is necessary to claim on my 5-year guarantee.

Tayna provided an excellent service. - The battery was packaged very well and the after sales service was very good. Would have been a five star rating if it wasn't for the courier service (UK Mail), who spoilt the purchasing experience. - Would be worth spending a bit more on a courier such as DPD. Too early to comment on the performance of the battery, but initial indications look good.
