First order taken then cancelled as not in stock so inconvenieced as had paid extra for quicker delivery. Ordered different battery but person Ispoke to wasnt the most helpful when I was asking about the suitability of the other battery. Delivery was fine and refund given on first order immediately but was not the best buying experience but prices were very good.

Excellent service! I bought this in error to fit to my Ford Fusion+, but terminal polarity was wrong. Returned to Tayna and was impressed that my bank account was credited with full refund within hours of them receiving the returned battery.

Excellent battery. Put my reg in to the search engine at top of website and a different model type came out as suitable. It wasn't. However I had already purchased said battery. The results gave an incorrect terminal layout. I telephoned Tanya and spoke to a very nice person who ran through a suitable option battery for me. It was same make and model with the terminal layout the other way around. They arranged collection and delivery of a suitable battery. The same make and model with the right terminal layout. Excellent customer service. So far the battery works well. Car starts first time and drives better, more responsive and runs smoother at idle. Overall I am very impressed by the company as the price was very reasonable. Even better as I got an NHS discount. I had to email them a photo of my blue light card as it didn't upload on their website. Others have complained about this. I didn't mind the extra step to get a discount and nor should anyone else trying to claim a discount. Very impressed. Will recommend for everyone. Just be careful with the enter reg search results. Best to check under the bonnet for size and terminal configuration.

This is not the first battery I have bought from Tanya. my selection was based upon price competitiveness and speedy delivery, which was achieved. It was packed ready to go at the weekend. I also think that Varta are the best batteries available at the moment, again based on past experience.
