the order was delivered quickly, unfortunately even though I had only ordered one battery two where sent so I had the hassle of trying to get the courier company to take one back, apart from this the order was processed efficiently and the battery is an excellent product. would recommend

Fantastic value and immaculate service. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who were no only able to advise on which was the best battery for my car but also we're happy to arrange delivery for a day when I would be at home. Great to be able to talk on the phone to someone who knows what customer service is all about. The battery was half the price VW wanted for lesser item!

After being misled by a certain high street brand, that their products would fit, which anatomically they didn’t, I found Tanya who were able to supply one that did. The terminals were in the correct place and was a perfect replacement for the failing OEM one.

Though I wanted something a little more powerful, was restricted by the size of the battery tray and also which side the positive and negative terminals are laid out. Car was in storage with a dead battery. Put the new one in, it started up which is always a good start with a new battery, will see if it starts when I get it out of storage in 2 weeks time. Battery was delivered quickly, and well packaged, so cannot fault Tanya's service on that count.

Very fast delivery, well packaged and a quality product with lots of CCA. A quick test made it in excess of 640CCA as received. Was slightly shorter than the required sizing so mounting bracket will require slight modification but I was aware of this possibility when order was placed.

Very satisfied with excellent service. The Varta Silver Dynamic D39 Type 078 car battery was delivered within 20 hours upon placing the order late afternoon the previous day. The Varta D39 car battery arrived in peak condition, having only been manufactured 3 months earlier (date stamps), very well wrapped and prepared for transit with safety instructions for handling and unwrapping. I consider it to be a very special battery, as I searched high and low for a battery which was the correct size and powerful enough (610 amps) to replace the original fitment, problematic "Gel" battery on a Jeep "Compass" 4x4 2 litre diesel. The new battery is now fitted and works perfectly in the Jeep Compass.

I was looking for a replacement battery for my sunbeam 90 1955 car, the size mattered along with the ah rating. Very pleased with this battery and the excellent web site that helped me choose it and customer contact that helped me order it. I chose a battery with a high Cold Cranking Index, because I wanted to kick an old diesel Yaris into life which hadn't run for 3 years and the extra CCI was only about £4 more. The battery spun it easily and the car started on only the 2nd attempt. Brilliant! Almost very satisfied with the speedy delivery arrangements: ordered at 3:30 on Thursday; was assured of delivery next day; tracked delivery via UK Mail web site, but delivery driver gave up about 80 yards from my house, so had to wait until Monday and call UK Mail at my expense to get their apology!

This was the exact match I needed to fit size restrictions on an e-type. Tayna was by far the best site of many I searched making it easy to find size, pole configuration and select for spec (max CCA, etc). Delivery was next day, well packaged following helpful discussion by phone just to confirm I hadn't missed anything better. Thoroughly recommended and will use them again.
