Tayna has competitive price compare to other car parts suppliers even with a delivery charge slightly higher than most of the competition. The purchase process through their website is user friendly and easy. The delivery occurred on the day it was planned. The battery fitting was fully charge and fitted perfectly in place of the old one. The original manufacturer's battery lasted 9 years; if this one last as long we may replace our vehicle before we need another battery. Only time will tell. For peace of mind Tayna offers 5 years warranty on this battery. Good overall service. We used Tayna following several recommendations and have not been disappointed and would use them again in the future.

Batteries have always been very well packed and delivered very quickly. The previous Numax battery of same size did fail completely at the limit of the guarantee but this seems a feature of modern batteries which do not take recharging effectively. Original equipment batteries for unknown reasons last for up to ten years with no problem. As a regular customer of Tayna I recommend them as suppliers and are my first choice. As a retired Chartered Engineer I know what I am talking about.

The battery is an ideal replacement for the _possibly 10-year old original_ Varta battery that was in my Golf V. I bought Varta again based on the performance of the original battery. My car starts much better now, even the problem all TDI's face with warm-starting; this battery's cranking power makes warm-starting easier. A great price for what you get.

Great service needed a new battery quickpaid £6.00 to get it on saturday, was there on my doorstep next morning, no probelm fitted in perfectly , cant complain 5yr guarantee, propably wont have the car in 5yrs, but one thing less to worry abt thanks again.
