Excellent service and delivery. Battery working well but only fitted a few weeks ago. Website says BMW 318i 54 reg. needs shorter length battery but best to check fitted battery length as mine was 278mm.

Tayna batteries were very helpful to me when purchasing a new battery and l would not hesitate to reccommend them unfortunately the delivery of the battery took 4 days to get to me when l needed the battery by 2 days, the courier used by Tayna is UK MAIL, I was told by them that they attempted the delivery on the second day of waiting but nobody was in, this l proved was an outright lie as not only was l in but my cctv which scans the front door and garden path proved nobody had been (so drivers and companies beware its not that easy anymore to come up with that old excuse) in fairness the delivery did clash with the so called black Monday so all deliveries were held up and l understand that but to be lied to about times etc just winds me up, UK MAIL take notice!!
