The guy I spoke to on the phone really knew his arse from his elbow where batteries are concerned. He was brilliant. He told me that at this time of year, Christmas, the post is a little slower and it could take longer than normal for the battery to arrive. It came the very next day. Brillint service. Will be recommending Tayna to anyone and everyone who needs a battery. And, the battery I bought has a five year warrantee. Couldn’t have been smoother really. Many, many thanks.
