Yes 2 stars because the battery failed and the returns process is almost impossible as nearly no one takes car batteries from Joe Public. If you buy factor in an extra £25 for a return (if you can find someone - I ended using UPS as they collected) this will pretty much negate any savings. Oh and even if the battery is faulty you won't get your shipping costs back. Buy locally you'll get a better customer experience.

My old battery was becoming sluggish and I wanted a new one before winter sets in. I looked online at the usual distributors but their prices were ridiculous!! I then stumbled across a thread recommending Tayna and found them on ebay. Their prices are excellent and their website is very easy to use, I ordered my battery and their team emailed me to check that I had selected the correct battery, once I confirmed it was correct it was dispatched and I received it the next day. Outstanding customer service and the battery fitted perfectly.

Prompt Delivery, well packaged and competitively priced. Required some research to select this battery which had to meet specified dimensions as the one recommended by simple registration search would not have fitted into the available space.

Excellent service! BUT when i measure the output voltage with a multimeter I am only getting 12.4 volts and I think it should be more like 12.6 volts for a brand new battery.
