Sadly,although the battery was delivered perfectly and packaged really well. it does not fit in the car as it is far too big. Why yourselves and in your defence every other battery firm continue to give incorrect information I don't know. The car came with this size battery which when swapping over I discovered had no hold down clamp and was an absolute nightmare to remove. I made matters worse by eventually squeezing the battery in but scraped the edges. Checked everywhere for battery size and found the correct size on an Audi Owners Club website. So I have a large battery sitting and the prospect of having to pay for another (correct size) battery. Not a happy bunny.

Battery installed and as expected working fine. Good purchase experience through the Tayna ebay site excepting the shortcomings of the ebay Vehicle compatibility checker. Resolved by a phone call to Tayna customer service. Call answered quickly. DPD delivery service was excellent. (big improvement on a previous experience)

This was a replacement for a defunct original Mercedes CLK one. Ordering, delivery and price were all first class. I’m definitely not a mechanic but fitting was straightforward with the help of ‘YouTube’ and saved about £200 compared with maindealer.

This Varta battery has replaced my Mercedes own battery which had started to drop voltage, therefore prelude to failing. With the battery being installed in the boot, the vent tube was easily fitted to the battery vents. Car now starts instantly. Very pleased with this Varta battery. Tanya have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.
