Unfortunately I ordered this on the Friday before bank holiday & as a result I didn't receive it till the following Tuesday. I was very pleased with the excellent price & 5-year guarantee. It was well packaged & Installation went well. However, Initially my voltage regulator in the motorhome showed the battery had had a minimum voltage of 11.5v although after installation it quickly picked up to a more realistic 14v, on solar charge. so I contacted Tayna & they quickly responded & offered advice. I have now given it a real-time test in the motorhome for about 10 days with no external power other than natural driving & the use of a solar panel & had no issues this far many thanks to Tayna for the quick response & support in the early stages.

Tayna are my supplier for three cars over the last many years. This battery usually lasts the 5 years, this time only 4. Still 5 star rating as this car stands idle and covers 2,000 miles p/a so needs a lot of trickle charges which will result in poor life expectancy. The cost is good. The packaging is very good with a fast delivery. The website for identity of a battery, order and payment are very easy and good.

Perfect replacement for a 13 year old battery for my Merc C220CDi. Very competitive price with a 5 year guarantee. I could have got the same battery cheaper from Amazon but their delivery was over 2 weeks. By comparison I ordered from Tayna at 11.30 am and delivery was 12.30 the following day. That's brilliant service. I'll definitely buy from them again when the need arises.
