Very fast and good service Only a note at the box used for the shipment that was not really safe compared to the weight of the battery The box was not rigid and cannot protect against the impact But everything arrived perfect I will buy again next time from you The battery is 9 mm to large to fit in the battery box in the car but I solved the problem Again, the original battery was 110A/860A (but not VARTA) instead of 100A/820A of the new one VARTA

Very good value, delivered properly packaged to the door overnight, first class Brand charged. Local tip accepted old one for disposal free. This is about the third or fourth under various different addresses and payment cards I have bough from Tayna.

A super item. Very well packaged. Pity about the delivery service. Item was scheduled for delivery on 24/12/13. Email received on morning of 24th stating that item would not be delivered until 27th Dec. Called the helpline number to be told that I could collect the battery from their North Wales depot(only about 100 miles away)and also I had no car.Battery arrived 2 hours later. Horrible courier company to deal with.Tayna Batteries are a super company to deal with.
