Ordered battery from Tayna as the result of positive on-line reviews. Placed order Monday morning and battery delivered 12.30pm Tuesday afternoon. The battery came in a cardboard box surrounded by numerous empty egg carton boxes. I chose to buy this particular battery from Tanya after much research regarding best price and a reliable company. So far the battery has performed well. It is being used in a Autocruise Symbol camper van. For service, delivery and price I give 4* If the battery last for 5 years then I would rate it as 5*
