Battery appears to work very well, ordering was easy but why was the delivery made with the battery on its end when the box top was clearly marked "This way up" serious problem with the delivery personnel needs to be fixed. Otherwise good service and good product.

I did find a similar item for a few pounds cheaper via eBay but the delivery feedback was less than impressive so I decided to stick with Tayna. Delivery took less than 48 hours and item arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Installed a few days later and is performing faultlessly having replaced a very tired Lion branded battery.
