Received a phone call to say delivery would not be overnight as requested. Very grateful for that and the £2 extra paid for carriage was immediately refunded. The product is as expected and the service was impressive. Other firms have not notified me when unable to deliver on the due date and when contacted have just made excuses. The honesty and communication were excellent. Thank you.
