Excellent ordering process.Delivetrd to a pick up location so can't really comment on home delivery.Battery was well packaged,a couple of plugs/stickers removed and fitted within 10 minutes.I will just say that the battery wasn't available for collection until early on the second day after ordering but not a problem.
