The battery was very well packaged. Speedy delivery time. Would strongly recommend to family & friends. Since replacing the 45 Ah battery with this 54 Ah one, I have noticed a marked improvement in starting performance, along with the added confidence of knowing it comes with a 5-year warranty.

Yes, this is a great replacement for the small low-voltage battery in the 2023 Kona electric. Fits exactly same, no changes of terminals or securing clamps or anything. The 12V battery in my Kona EV failed after only 2 years & 30k miles. Watch out for battery drain event like leaving the doors open when washing it. Consider changing all interior and boot lamps to LED types which may help a bit.
