I needed two batteries in a hurry. I visited the Tayna website and found a great range of batteries at competitive prices. I needed next day Saturday delivery which was available and also reasonably priced. I was impressed all round with the website, the product selection, the prices and the service. I ordered this battery incorrectly - It was shown to fit my car a TVR Chimaera however on arrrival I realised it was unsuitable. The battery was good quality though, and after speaking with your team it was promptly picked up and a new one dropped off. Excellent service! Easy to speak to an advisor on the phone. First battery sent vented acid from the breather hole when car first started and again the following day when road tested. Very odd. Phoned Tayna who were perplexed and suggested it was faulty. Arranged delivery of new battery and pick up of old battery by next day. Replacement battery works fine. Very good service from this company, second time I have bought from them. Usually the best prices as well.
