Tested with battery analyser rated at 640 cranking amps EN1 read at 700 amp. This is thew first battery I have purchased that actually reads above its rated CCA. Every other make I have had was below its rated amps from new. I switched to Yuasa after the garage fitted one to my works van on lease to replace a faulty one that lasted only 2 years from new, the difference was noticeable as soon as it was fitted.

Was so cheap I thought it was a scam. But low and behold 2 days later a shiny battery was lovingly delivered to my door. Perfectly packaged and brilliant product. Turns out the only scam merchants are halfords for selling this for double the price on here

I always buy Yuasa / Halfords Silver batteries (pretty sure they are the same)! I have always been impressed with cost and quality. This particular amp/cca battery was so much cheaper than elsewhere. It came extremely well packed and quickly too. Don’t forget to remove the travel lugs! Fitted this to a 1973 bmw 2002 with not figment problems. Big improvement on previous amp/cca.
