Have changed this battery after just 2 years because although it appears to have an acceptable voltage after a long run and also after trickle charging, it seems to now lack capacity and drops its voltage to less than 9v during cold starting and I keep getting "low battery" warnings. Have installed a new battery and the warnings have gone. I notice that Tayna now only recommend EFB batteries for my Freelander 2 so maybe the battery wasnt good enough for the car.

battery, cost me originally £110, not 100%, strange in not taking full charge, never come across this fault ever and at 81 years old and currently with 4 cars and many past dealings with Tayna have to report their warranty system is complete rubbish, no help, just out to prove no problem, a plastic bag supplied to return it in (joke!!) and so on. Talked me into buying another, same price so I could then use the new packing, of course found no fault , advised to use a bigger 10amp charger!! In the end cost me for 2 batteries, plus another £20 shipping. So £240 for nothing, sorry never ever again.

I ordered this (and another battery for other family car) on Thursday afternoon, they arrived via DPD at 11:30 Friday morning !! The battery was double-packed in plastic bubble battery box & thick outer cardboard box , so there was no damage at all. It was a straight forward swap onto VW T5 campervan, I chose Yuasa over usual brands as it has higher CCA, longer warranty and all-round its a better quality product.

Replaced an original Ford battery which was seven and a half years old. It’d started showing its age when the temperatures went below freezing for days. The Yuasa fitted easily as a replacement and I’m hoping for a long life for it like its predecessor.
