You encouraged me to buy this replacement battery at a cost of £90 as the original 15month old battery had failed, despite it having a 5 year guarantee. I am concerned that I have had no refund of my money and you are now asking for a review of the new battery. The replacement battery is now working well and I am hoping that you will refund my original costs. I am a pensioner and can not afford to lose this amount of money. Regards, Reg Hesketh.

The battery arrived quickly and well packed. The size was perfect for my Transporter T5 based campervan. The only problem was that I needed to fit a longer fixing bolt as the original battery fixing lip was lower than the new one

Would be five stars but I could not get the battery to fit even though it was the right size. After wasting a load of time I eventually found that the new battery had removable plastic mouldings running down each long side at the base....not at all obvious! Having levered these away the battery fitted perfectly. Please make them more idiot (me!) proof!!!

This battery is perfect for my transit custom. The original battery of the van wasn’t holding the charge anymore. This battery has 5Ah more than the old one but still the same size so it fits the van perfectly. The 5 year warranty is great peace of mind as well. Recommend Tayna for good quality products and fast delivery.

Easy to order online, and good communication from Tayna. Purchased to replace the original fitted to the vehicle. It seems a good quality item, and we like the 'battery condition' indicator. Only used a few times so far, but see no reason why it should not last as long as the previous one. Would definitely recommend Tayna and the battery. Would have no hesitation ordering from them again. Great.

Excellent battery at a very competitive price. Normal next day delivery could not be guaranteed due to Vivid, so was informed it could take up to a week. Arrived within 2 days of ordering.
